Primera Works is an asset intelligence company transforming how organizations understand, manage, and make decisions about their physical assets. We capture real-world environments using LiDAR, laser scanning, SLAM, drones, and 360° imaging, then convert that data into accurate digital records including point clouds, CAD drawings, BIM models, virtual walkthroughs, and other existing-conditions deliverables. Our goal is to create a trusted digital foundation that owners, architects, facilities teams, and operators can use across renovations, capital planning, maintenance, operations, and long-term asset management. Our AI-first back office and technology-driven delivery model allow us to move faster and scale efficiently across portfolios. Since launching, Primera Works has expanded across aviation, higher education, hospitality, entertainment, maritime, and commercial real estate, securing national relationships and projects with organizations including Signature Aviation and the University of Tampa.
